Background: Born in South Africa. Travelled to London in 1991 where he trained at the London Contemporary Dance School completing a Masters Degree. Works internationally as a freelance choreographer in opera, musicals, theatre and dance. Has founded his own company Open Heart Productions which creates highly original dance theatre productions.

Credits: His work has been brought to venues such as the Royal National Theatre, Sadler’s Wells, The Young Vic, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Israeli Opera, Den Norske Opera Oslo and Lithuanian Opera. Has worked on the award-winning productions Mischief (Theatre-Rites/2008 TMA Award for
Achievement in Dance), Street Scene (Opera Group/2008 Evening Standard Award for Best Musical).
